You can, of course, use the service for just one day. If you have a clear idea of the time and route of your visit, we can give you a rough estimate over the phone.
Our rates are available on a [time-based] or [distance-based] basis. The basic fare includes fuel, motorway and parking fees and there are no additional local charges. We will issue a written estimate in advance.
All vehicles are equipped with studless tyres or chains, and four-wheel drive vehicles (e.g. Toyota Land Cruiser) can be arranged. Drivers have extensive experience on Hokkaido winter roads.
Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before departure. After that, [301 TP3T of the fee] and [1001 TP3T] will be charged for cancellations on the day of departure (exceptions apply in case of bad weather).
Free child seats (for 0-12 years) are provided. Please inform us of the age and number of children when booking.
Drivers can provide simple guiding, but are not expert guides, so if you need detailed commentary, we recommend arranging a separate guide.
24-hour Japanese-language emergency contact number. In the event of a breakdown, a replacement vehicle is arranged within two hours (in major metropolitan areas in the province).
Local payment (cash) or advance online payment (VISA/MasterCard/Alipay/WeChat Pay) is accepted.
