You can, of course, use the service for just one day. If you have a clear idea of the time and route of your visit, we can give you a rough estimate over the phone.
Our rates are available on a [time-based] or [distance-based] basis. The basic fare includes fuel, motorway and parking fees and there are no additional local charges. We will issue a written estimate in advance.
All vehicles are equipped with studless tires or chains, and four-wheel-drive vehicles (such as Toyota Land Cruiser) can also be arranged. The drivers have extensive experience with Hokkaido's winter roads.
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before departure. After that, a cancellation fee of 【30% of the fee】 will apply, and for same-day cancellations, 【100% of the fee】 will be charged (exceptions apply in case of bad weather).
Child car seats (for ages 0-12) are provided free of charge. Please inform us of the child's age and number of children when making a reservation.
The driver can provide basic guidance, but as they are not a professional guide, we recommend arranging a separate guide if detailed explanations are needed.
We provide a 24-hour emergency contact with Japanese language support. In case of a breakdown, we will arrange a replacement vehicle within 2 hours (in major cities within Hokkaido).
We accept payment on-site (cash) or advance online payment (VISA/MasterCard/Alipay/WeChat Pay).
